- Co-Manager of Placer Pacific Limited's 400,000 ounce Multi Option Credit Facility in reference to the Misima Gold Project Financing on Misima Island, Papua New Guinea.
- Emerald Gas Company's $100 million project financing for a coalbed methane project in the Black Warrior Basin in Alabama.
- Arranged a $135 million construction loan for a ferro-nickel smelter project in Colombia, South America, which was sponsored by a major European mining company.
- Agent for Sunterra Gas Processing Company for a $15 million credit facility for the acquisition of a gas processing plant in New Mexico.
- Billiton Minerals (previously a subsidiary of Shell) sale of various gold operations and properties in North America.
- Participation in American Barrick Resources Corporation's 1 million ounce Gold Facility for the project financing of their Goldstrike mine in Nevada.
- Participation in RTZ Corporation's $3.1 Billion acquisition facility of BP Minerals.
- Agented and structured a $50 million project financing for a gold mine in Chile undertaken by a Canadian sponsor.
- Co-Agent for a Revolving Credit facility for Costain Coal.
- Acted as lead on Australian Consolidated Minerals' (now a subsidiary of Poseidon) first two mines, Westonia and Golden Crown for an initial combined total of A$42 million gold loan convertible to cash with hedging options.
- Agent for Eastmet of Australia (now Goldmines of Australia) in which provided A$20 million in project finance for their first mine in Australia.
- Arranged and acted as agent for a corporate facility for Billiton Australia to finance their interest in the Boddington gold mine.
